Operating in the YouthVille facility is a CyberCafe that offers youth a place to relax, surf the net, play cards, mix with friends, play arcade games and grab a bite to eat before leaving for scheduled activities. It also provides a limited lunch menu to staff and co-tenants.

Catering services are available to tenant partners and outsiders hosting events at YouthVille through our commercial kitchen. Our partner, Aramark Food Services, provides management oversight while most food service workers are YouthVille youth members.

Room Rentals
YouthVille Detroit offers use of its facility on a daily basis to various community groups needing a site to host meetings and other events. There is a modest fee to use the premises.
Availability is generally on a first come basis but tenant partners needing meeting space have preference over outside groups.

The Commons |
Office Leasing
YouthVille Detroit maintains a limited number of leaseable suites for organizations wishing to co-locate in the YouthVille facility. Generally, tenants must service youths or their families or support other non-profits for DYF to consider the organization as a potential tenant. The leased space is fully networked for technology, high speed internet connectively is provided and phone needs are met with an installed voice over IP phone system at very competitive rates.
