Membership Benefits:
Free with your membership (11 to 19 years old)

Use of Facilities:
Access to all programs offered as part of the youth development program.

Access to the Games Room, Cyber Café, Knowledge Center, Music Programs, Theater Programs, and Other Activities.

Hours of Operation will be posted or indicated in the registration materials. Hours vary according to the season. Please check with the front desk for confirmation.

Referral to Programs:
Offered by tenant partners located at YouthVille Detroit or using the facility to present programs.

Must meet criterion specified o Family has access to services provided by tenant partner agencies.

Special Events that are offered at YouthVille as enrichment, educational or entertainment activities.

Opportunities for Leadership programs and activities includes:
Youth Advisory Board, Youth Philanthropy, SpeakOut - Be Heard, LadyLike, For Young Men Only; YMCA Future Professionals, MSU - Be Your Own Boss; Global Youth Service Day – Go Make A Difference, AIDS/HIV Awareness.

Orientation & Registration Procedure:
All members, with their parents, (new and returning) must attend an orientation prior to registering for classes or to register as a new member. Orientation will take place each month on the second Wednesday of the Month. For more information click here.

Inclement Weather:
YouthVille Detroit does not following the Detroit School Closing schedule. During times of inclement weather YouthVille reviews the weather conditions that after the safety and well being of youth and staff. You may contact the front desk at 313-309-1300 to see if we will be closed.

YouthVille Detroit is closed on the following holidays:
• Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday Day
• Good Friday
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving & the day after
• Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
• New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day

YouthVille has other closing dates that are posted at the front desk in advance and communicated to each youth member.
